NORCAL Elections June 1

NORCAL Elections will be held at the NORCAL Annual Meeting on June 1, 2013.
The meeting will be at Sharks Ice in San Jose.
NORCAL is accepting nominations for
Secretary and Vice-President.
Nominations must be emailed to NORCAL Election Committee Chairman, Mark
Keil (mark90keil@gmail.com)
prior to Saturday, May 18th, 2013.
Vacaville Coach Larry Cahn Honored by USA Hockey
Vacaville Squirt A Coach Larry Cahn has been selected as the
recipient of the 2013 Dempsey Anderson Award as the Outstanding Coach
of the Year.

Both the first and second place team in each division advance to
the CAHA Championships, held in San Jose the weekend of April 12-14.
Tier II State Playoffs

The CAHA state championships took place in Ventura
the weekend of March 15-17. 4 NORCAL teams qualified:
Golden State Pee Wee AA
Santa Clara Pee Wee AA
Golden State Bantam AA 1
Golden State Midget AA
Both the Golden State Bantam AA 1 team and the Santa Clara Pee Wee
AA team won their division and the California State title.
Golden State Bantams will advance to the USA Hockey National
tournament.
